At Lapink Fashion, every piece is made with love and crafted in limited numbers, which makes them truly special. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns. However, your satisfaction matters the most to us, and we do offer a one-time exchange in certain cases.

Exchange is possible if:

• The size you received does not match the size mentioned in our size chart.

• The product arrives damaged (an unboxing video and intact tags are required).

Important details to know:

• Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery through WhatsApp at +91-7575037610 (available Mon–Sat, 10 AM–6 PM).

• Exchange is not applicable for design or style preferences.

• Sizes L, XL, and XXL are eligible for exchange (custom M sizes are not).

• Shipping costs for the exchange are to be borne by the customer.

• Sale, custom-made, and stitched products cannot be exchanged.

• If an exchange is not possible, we will issue you a store credit valid for 365 days.
